I don’t think it matters so considerably where you get the thing. The much more important query is: Chain drive, screw drive or belt drive. My viewpoint on that is belt drive, since it really is nice and quiet. The screw drive is pretty fast and maintenance free, but it still helps make a bit of racket.
If you have to have a retailer recommendation, go to Sears.
