Question by Janade: Can shower door hardware be refinished?
I bought new oil rubbed bronze fixtures for my bathroom. The issue is that the shower/bath enclosure doors have quite ugly, shiny brass hardware (sliding door track, frame, handles, etc). I swear I when saw a property improvement show where they just painted the hardware (spray paint) to update the appear. However, when I ask at residence improvement places, they tell me that would not function. I’d rather invest $ 20 in paint and apply some elbow grease rather than invest $ 250 on a new door. What may possibly operate?

I have in no way heard of such a factor. I wouldn’t recommend it.
